Who We Are
Action Felix is a foundation centered on creating and managing resources for children in Romania. Action Felix focuses on developing a self-sustaining business model to support the mission and needs of Caminul Felix children. Action Felix pursues its mission by managing a portfolio of integrated businesses while providing practical training and hands-on opportunities.
Action Felix comprises a team of twelve highly-dedicated members who believe in our vision and mission. Each of our members brings a wide range of talents and experiences, fostering a collegial and rewarding environment. The organization was established in 1995 by a number of international and local partners and is managed by a governing board. Action Felix is affiliated with Caminul Felix Family Villages, which has been providing homes for abandoned children in Romania since 1990. Today, the CF Villages have over 200 children in their care.
Our governing board consists of 6 members appointed by the Caminul Felix board, and an additional 5 appointed by the board itself. Action Felix is an independent organization, governed by its own by-laws, guided by its own mission statement, and totally dedicated to the children of Romania.

- vice president, Jesper Hörnberg

- and members, Lars Hörnberg, Peter Jenkins and Ovidiu Costea
The leadership team has considerable experience in Romania and its business climate.
Marcel Filip has a long history with Caminul Felix—he has been one of the first house parents and serves on the Caminul Felix Executive Committee. He is an engineer and a theologian by education. His proven business acumen combined with his impeccable ethics provide the foundation for the continued success and development of Action Felix.
Jesper Hörnberg received his higher education in business administration in Sweden and England. He has worked in numerous companies in various management positions, as well as development projects, ranging from NGO to government-funded initiatives in several countries, including Romania and Ukraine.
Lars Hörnberg is a evangelical pastor who became an aid and development entrepreneur, when he and his late wife, Linda founded Caminul Felix in Romania. He continues to be the passionate visionary whose leadership and hard work continue to turn dreams into reality.
Peter Jenkins is a pastor of a large evangelical church in the United Kingdom. He also trades in metals.
Ovidiu Costea is the attorney for Action Felix and Caminul Felix. He also serves on the board of Camunl Felix. His legal expertise and business experience are well known in Romania.
